Why have this done?

Most maintenance contractors will complete reactive repairs, meaning they may only fix the result of an issue and not fully investigate the cause, this leads to repeat breakdowns. This from a building managers point of view increases lift/escalator down time and potential complaints from tenants.

The consultants at JBLC will examine the equipment, analyse breakdown reports and identify the most likely causes, we will then liaise with your maintenance contractor or insurance inspector to give an agreed response. This could involve action ranging from enhancing the maintenance regime to replacing poorly performing equipment.
